Free Classes
Thanks to donations and funding, we offer our regular classes for free to all. Better mental wellbeing shouldn’t be limited to those with excess funds.
Our Classes and Community group sessions operate on a donation basis, which means that students are free to donate whatever they can afford. We suggest a donation of £5 per session, which can be placed in the donation bucket. We hope that those who are more financially stable will contribute more, so that we can ensure that everyone who wants to attend can do so, regardless of their financial situation. All proceeds from the donations go directly back into the company to provide more classes, courses and resources for our students.

ESC Made by Meditation
Meditation and Mindfulness have become an important resource in the modern age to manage stress. One way to engage these techniques is through crafting.
Scientific studies have proven that engaging in a craft can help with depression, anxiety and stress while improving self-confidence. This can then help reduce blood pressure and heart rate while doing something productive. It also helps to keep the brain active and slow cognitive decline. But the biggest benefit of all is that it’s fun!
Each week we will look at a different craft and learn to make something new. We shall cover origami, Chinese/Japanese calligraphy, chainmaille and wire work. Join us to gain new skills to manage your mental wellbeing.
