Volunteer with us

Our goal is not only to provide a regular meeting space for the community to dedicate time to their own wellbeing, but also to offer tips and tricks they can take into their everyday lives to manage stress and improve wellbeing.

To do this, we must work together. If you would like to gain experience working with a team, help your community or try your hand at sales, we have positions available.
